This release includes several enhancements to comments and evidence features, an updated onboarding experience, an improved Maturity Explorer dashboard and several updates to the implementation plan feature set. In addition, there are several updates to CCi Academy and related workshop access in the scheduler.

🚀 What’s New?

• Updated onboarding – We've updated the onboarding pop-up for new TRACC Platform users, which includes an overview video and links to the Knowledge Base and associated CCi Academy courses. You can also view the onboarding via the Help menu.
  
   
• Maturity Explorer chart – We've expanded the number of TRACCs shown on the Maturity Explorer chart summary, from six TRACCs, to include up to 12 TRACCs.
  
  
   
• Plan Progress chart within the Planner – We've included access to the Plan Progress graph on the Plan page. Simply open the progress to view the history of completed and overdue actions in your plan.
  
  
   
• Assessment exports with full commentary – We've improved the assessment export capability to include the latest comments captured next to your criteria responses, with a second worksheet that includes the full comment history for all criteria in the assessment. 
  
  
  
  

🐞 Bug Fixes

Planner updates

• Plan Default View setting – Organisations can configure the default way that plan actions are displayed when opening the plan. Options are to show All actions (required and not required), only Required actions (those where one or more of the associated criteria do not have a verified Yes response) and then only Not Required actions (those where all associated criteria have a verified Yes response). We've fixed some scenarios where this setting was not applied correctly. Speak to our TRACC Support team if you'd like this setting updated for your organisation.
   
• Integrated Master Plan export – You can export an Integrated Master Plan Gantt chart for one or more TRACCs, via the Reporting > Planning page. Previously, plan actions marked as completed with a past target date, indicated as overdue in the Integrated Master Plan export, regardless of when the task was completed and the plan was exported. Completed actions now show as completed in the export, and no longer overdue. 
   

Work bundle update

• Work bundle assessment loading state – while loading a work bundle assessment, it was previously possible to click the Assess button before the assessment had fully loaded, resulting in data not displaying correctly. The assessor now displays a loading page, so you can only start assessing once the work bundle assessment is ready. 
  
  

Evidence documents update

• Evidence uploaded to multiple areas – On the Documents page, implementation teams can use the upload functionality to upload multiple evidence documents and associate them with multiple areas. Previously this evidence was searchable only in the Documents page. Although the number of evidence documents was included in the overall count of evidence in the assessor and planner pages, the evidence was not visible, making assessment verification difficult.
  
  Evidence uploaded via the Documents page is now visible through the Assessor, Planner and Action item detail pages. They can be viewed by filtering for Plan documents. 
  
  
  
  
  
  
   

CCi Academy and Workshop updates

• Access to training resources – We've fixed an issue, which previously required Trainers to have a role set up at the organisation level to access training resources (workshops and associated training material). Trainers set up at any level can now access training resources via the TRACC Reader, Scheduler or Documents pages.
  
  
  
  
  
  
   
• Accessing the Academy in different languages – Where CCi Academy courses are not available in a user's preferred language, this sometime resulted in an error on the CCi Academy landing page. CCi Academy now loads English courses as a default, if any courses are not available in the user's preferred language. 
   
• 5S Overview course link for 5S v7.1 – Organisations subscribed only to the latest version of 5S (7.1) were previously provided with Academy pathway links to 5S v7.0 and v7.1 in the training scheduler and related invitation emails. This resulted in an access issue for organisations not subscribed to the older version of 5S. The Implementing 5S Workshop (7.1) scheduler page now displays only the 7.1 pathway link.
   
• Training Scheduler for OA 2AI6, Implementation planning workshop – Users were unable to locate the Implementation planning workshop, in action 2IA6 of the Operations Alignment TRACC. This is now available in the catalogue.
