Enhancement to Area Categories β to simplify how area categories are managed, these are now linked to specific instances of the Platform, such as your organisation's Production or Training instance. This simplifies the TRACC subscriptions that are returned when creating or editing an area category. If you're evaluating an updated version in your Training instance, these will not interfere with existing TRACCs available in your Production instance.
Enhancement to User Last Login Report β The User Last Login Report, available in the Activity section of the Reporting page, will now default to your home area. Note that this report is generally only available to your Super Administrators.
Enhancement to the Planner β The implementation plan allows you to mark actions as complete, even if they are not assigned to anyone. By marking an unassigned action as complete, it will assign the action to you, as well as update the action to a completed status in the overall plan view.
Enhancement to the KPI report β We've updated the design of the KPI Reporting page and the date period now defaults to two years' worth of data displayed.
New Work Bundles progress report β If enabled for your organisation, data analysts can now extract the Work Bundles Progress report data file. Speak to our support team at support@traccsolution.com if you would like to have this export enabled for your organisation.
π Bug Fixes
Plan not showing the correct TRACC and actions β We've fixed an issue where the plan was not showing the correct TRACC and associated actions. This scenario occurred when an area has a verified assessment for a practice, but has not yet upgraded that assessment to the latest TRACC version. This fix applies to the normal plan view as well as the view of the plan when a work bundle has been applied.
KPI report not showing latest maturity data β In the Performance vs Practice chart for a KPI, we now include the TRACC maturity ratings for the current period for linked TRACCs
β οΈ Known Issues
Platform timeouts β The Platform is not logging people off after inactivity like the Admin Console does. This causes an issues with determining the login frequency for users, as it can show a user with only one login over the past month, even though that individual accesses the Platform frequently. Our team is addressing this issue in our current development sprint.
CCi Academy Reporting β The filters for Learners and their Home Areas are not working as expected. Our team is addressing this issue in our current development sprint. In the meantime, a workaround is to filter by the modules you're wanting to report on, and then exporting the data to Excel.
