We've recently implemented several updates to improve the overall Platform user experience. We've substantially improved the load speed for work bundle assessments and improved the assessment view on mobile devices.
For desktop devices, the assessment screen now utilises all the screen space available, making it easier to navigate while presenting.
We've also fixed some navigation issues when switching areas, and bugs related to calibration assessments and the assessment exception report.
Lastly, the training catalogue in the Workshop Scheduler now loads much faster than before.
π Whatβs New?
- Work Bundle optimization β We've accelerated the load speed for work bundle assessments. While work bundles are typically used to address short-term business performance challenges, this assessment feature is increasingly been adopted by implementation teams to support a broad range of strategic objectives, which encompass actions across several TRACC practices. These assessments now load much faster than previously.
- Work Bundle translations β When assessing a work bundle that includes several TRACC practices, the translated TRACC titles were not previously displayed in the Stage and Theme navigator. The translated practice titles are now displayed in your selected language.
- Assessment display improved β We've optimised the screen space available for viewing assessment criteria on desktop devices, by removing the extra spacing through the assessment page.
- Assessment mobile view updates β We're continuing to improve the Platform experience on mobile and tablet devices.
In this release, the assessment landing page has been updated to show the current assessment maturity summary cards in a more compact view:
Within the assessment progress section, we now provide easier access to the history chart, assessment history list and progress chart views. These are now available by selecting these options from a drop down menu on mobile devices. You can still tilt your device sideways for the standard view.
- Training scheduler update β When browsing through the training catalogue to set up a new workshop, the catalogue now loads significantly faster than before.
π Bug Fixes
- Changing areas while in the Plan and Assessment view β We fixed an issue when updating an assessment or editing a plan action. The plan and assessment pages did not reload when you switched areas. Now when you switch areas, the relevant pages will return to the relevant landing page.
- Admin Console user area management β We fixed an issue where changing a user's Home area on the Basic Information tab (1) was creating an additional area role in the Area Roles (2) tab. Changing the home area on the Basic Information tab will no longer create additional area roles, but you can still assign access to additional roles if needed.
- Assessment Exception report fix β We've addressed area selection issues when running the Assessment Exception Report. When selecting specific sites, the exception report was including only the first site selected. The data for all sites selected is now included in the export.
- Updates to calibrating assessments β When an organisation has updated a TRACC practice, and an area has not yet updated their associated assessment responses, the calibration option for the older assessment version will not be available. The area will need to upgrade their assessment responses before the calibration by a subject matter expert can proceed.
- Editing the assessment template for upgraded TRACCs β We fixed various issues when editing the assessment template for an upgraded TRACC. In some cases, minimum evidence requirements and reworded criteria resulted in a duplicated display. You can now edit previous rewords or minimum evidence requirements through the latest version template.
