This release includes an improved Platform interface for smaller screens, mobile support for the CCi Academy, and a substantial update to the display of comments and evidence in the Assessor and Planner.
The TRACC Maturity report, Maturity Summary per Site chart, Plan Progress report and KPI Progress chart have also been upgraded. In addition, several bugs have been fixed.
π Whatβs New?
- Improvement for new users β The Assigned Tasks and In Progress Tasks cards on the dashboard are often unpopulated until someone has used the Plan to assign tasks to the new user. We've updated the dashboard so that users without any tasks are directed to the plan.
- Better support for small screens β We've optimised the main menu of the Platform so that the menu items are accessible on smaller device screens.
- Updates to Comments and Evidence display β We've made several updates to the way comments and evidence are displayed within the assessment and plan views. The Comments and Evidence popups in the Plan and Assessments now show the latest entries at the top. We've also separated the comments and evidence added via the assessment, to those you've added via the plan.
You can switch to show either type of entry via the drop-down menu, in the plan or assessment comment pop-up.
- Improved document search support β You can now search for TRACC resources, including any of your organisation standards, that have been loaded at the suite or TRACC level. Enter your search terms and select the Suite or TRACC filters.
- Maturity Aggregation Report update β We've introduced a TRACC filter in the Maturity Aggregation report, which allows you to select the TRACCs to include in the report, based on available assessments.
The Excel export for this report previously had column headers for the areas, starting with Area 0; Area 1 etc. This was misaligned with the Assessment List and Area List exports, which start with Level 1, Level 2 etc. We updated the column headers for the Assessment Scores report export so that they align with the Assessment List and Area List exports.
- Maturity Summary per Site update β We've updated the Maturity Summary per Site chart to show the relative 1-5 maturity scale for the top and bottom sites.
Update to the Plan Progress report charts β The summary chart for each TRACC in the Plan Progress report now includes the number of Assigned (but not yet accepted) actions, shown in dark blue. Previously, only accepted actions marked as In Progress, were listed. This addition will help planners to quickly see the number of assigned actions that have not yet been started.
- Improvements to the KPI Progress Chart β When comparing KPI progress alongside TRACC maturity, the TRACCs already associated with the KPI are automatically linked. In this update, you can now select additional TRACCs, or remove existing TRACCs from the chart.
When deleting a KPI definition, the warning message now indicates how many areas it's linked to, and how many associated values will be deleted.
- Mobile updates for CCi Academy: We've made several changes to the learning page in CCi Academy to support easier navigation on mobile devices. We've removed the language selector, updated the logo position and introducing a collapsable menu.
π Bug Fixes
Gap report update β We've addressed inconsistencies in how the planner Gap Report shows the relevant assessment status (complete/incomplete) across multiple TRACCs and areas.
- Platform inactivity timeout fix β The Platform timeout dialog has been removed, as this was not logging people off after inactivity in some browsers. Going forward, login frequency statistics will be more reliable, as the Platform will now time out after not using it for an extended period.
- Update for sites with Stage 1 subscriptions β A recent update meant that sites with Stage 1 subscriptions, i.e. sites with access only to the assessment component of a TRACC, were not able to conduct assessments. This has been addressed.
- Plan load update β Users have noticed previously that the plan refreshes once all the associated commentary data has loaded. In this update, the plan will load all of the associated data and only display the plan once all the data is available. This prevents the plan from refreshing while people are navigating through it.
- Work bundle default selection β Organizations can elect to have work bundles automatically enabled, so that they are applied by default for users. Previously, unallocated work bundles were being applied in areas. In this update, only the first allocated work bundle will automatically be applied in areas.
When you switch from one area to another, the currently applied work bundle will also be applied in the selected area, if it is also allocated to that area.
