π Whatβs New?
- Maturity Summary per Site report β We've introduced a new Maturity Summary per Site report available under the Reporting > Maturity menu. This shows the latest aggregate maturity per TRACC within each site (licensed entity). You can filter the sites by a parent node, for example a region or business unit.
You can sort the table by practice maturity, to see which sites have the highest maturity for a specific TRACC, as well as the overall maturity rating for sites.
To focus on specific TRACCs, select the TRACCs you want to compare from the TRACCs filter: - Maturity Aggregate report updates β In the Reporting > Maturity landing page, the Maturity Aggregate report card defaults to the last six reporting periods. Reporting periods are typically set up for six-monthly intervals, so this will reflect three years of maturity history.
In the report you can change the reporting timespan, and you can also switch the parent area for the report. This area selector now operates independently from the area you have selected in the Platform. - Access to assessments and plans outside your assigned areas β We've improved read-only access to view assessments and plans outside of your assigned areas.
When you navigate to another area in your organisation, the Platform menu will now provide access to view the plan for the selected area, in addition to its assessments. You can also review the comments and evidence text posted. - Updates to adding KPI values β When capturing KPI values, values captured for the most recent dates are now shown at the top of the list of values. Previously new values were added at the bottom of the list.
π Bug Fixes
- Assessment maturity increase/decrease indicator
We've updated the maturity indicators on the assessment landing page. These show the increased or decreased verified maturity, compared to the previous verified maturity rating. Previously this did not update correctly when verifying assessments.
