🚀 What’s New?

• User Last Login report – we've introduced a new User Last Login report that allows you to view user login activity for specific areas and over defined timeframes. You can search for specific users and sort the results by the total number of Logins, or the Last Login date.

• Enhancement to report access – we've separated the reports by:
  1. Maturity - including the Maturity Explorer and Maturity Aggregation report
  2. Planning - the Plan Drill-down report, with the ability to filter by TRACCs and access actions to edit
  3. Activity - now including the new User Last Login report
  4. KPI's - where you can capture values for KPIs assigned to your area, and access reports that compare KPI improvement with practice maturity

Several new reports are planned over the coming months, as well as updates to existing reports.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Plan evidence not available via the Assessment – we've fixed an issue where evidence is available in the plan, but not showing up in the associated TRACC assessment. This issue applied to evidence uploaded in the Plan in the previous V7 TRACC Platform. Although these documents were migrated to the V8 TRACC Platform, the evidence uploaded prior to the migration was only visible in the plan. These documents are now accessible through the associated assessment for the specific TRACC and action item.

⚠️ Known Issues

• Platform timeouts – the Platform is not logging people off after inactivity like the Admin Console does. This causes an issue with determining the login frequency for users, as it can show a user with only one login over the past month, even though the individual accesses the Platform frequently. Our team is addressing this issue in our current development sprint.
• CCi Academy Reporting – the filters for Learners and their Home Area are not working as expected. Our team is addressing this issue in our current development sprint. In the meantime, a workaround is to filter by the modules you're wanting to report on and then exporting the data to Excel.
