In this update we've included several improvements to KPI reporting, improved plan filter functionality and a new dashboard view for the Site Maturity Summary report.
π Whatβs New?
- Improved planner filters β Plan filters you've set now stay selected when you edit an action and return back to the plan. This includes the TRACCs, assessment status, start and target dates and action item progress.
- Maturity Summary by Site dashboard overview β On the Maturity reporting page we've included a summary of Top and Bottom sites for the selected area in the area tree. Opening this report will open up the full Maturity Summary by Site table.
- Maturity score summary by site report export β you can now export the Maturity Summary by Site report to Excel
- Viewing KPI progress alongside related TRACC maturity β We've improved the tooltips in the KPI Progress alongside related TRACC maturity report. For KPI values we now include the specific date for the value and the unit of measure.
When inspecting TRACC maturity data points, we now specify the reporting period included and show all related TRACC maturity data.
- KPI values paging β we've added paging for areas that have captured a significant number of KPI values over time.
- KPI Admin Console Update β it is now possible for your Administrators and Best Practice Leaders to delete KPI definitions, including all their associated values.
π Bug Fixes
- Adding new KPIs β There was previously an issue with associating TRACC practices when Best Practice Leaders add a KPI definition in the Admin Console. You can now associate TRACCs with a new KPI definition.
- Download of TRACC resources in the Plan β in our previous release it was not possible to download TRACC resources in the planner, only via the Document search. You can now download resources via a plan action.
