Branding update
We're thrilled to introduce our fresh new identity which reflects our growth, values, and commitment to excellence.
In this release, an interface branding update has been applied to the TRACC Platform and CCi Academy.
- The new branding look and feel will apply to new and updated workshops and online learning modules going forward.
- You will come across both old and new identities for some time as we integrate our fresh identity throughout our resources, platform and applications.
- We will keep you informed about our progress and what to expect.
Assessment Templates: UK English as default
Due to some issues experience with reworded criteria, and the addition of customized sub-criteria (minimum evidence requirements) we have disabled the assessment template editing in all interface languages except for UK English.
It is still possible to supply translated criteria rewards and minimum evidence requirements in all subscribed languages. This feature will be better supported in other interface languages in future.
CCi Academy
Language availability
Mandarin and Thai modules are now available in the Academy.

Scheduler integration
The latest training catalogue updates resolve instances were CCi Academy course links did not appear in the scheduled workshops.
This update will also include emails informing users that they have been invited to attend a training workshop, with the same CCi Academy course link. Participants can also directly access the scheduled workshop details via the email.
