FIXES
Assessments - Assessment sub-criteria responses were being removed when selecting other criteria in an assessment
Some organisations reported that sub-criteria responses would disappear when other criteria were being updated. The responses were being saved in the back-end, but were not being displayed when a user viewed the assessment. This has now been resolved.
CCi Academy - progress results not saving for any Courses when quiz is completed
Some of the Academy courses that included a quiz did not save the progress after a quiz was completed. It was noted that if a user closed the quiz window using the X rather than selecting "Back to modules" it would not retain the progress made. This has been resolved and the quiz progress is now saving.
Use the "Back to modules" link to check your progress
V7 Explorer - Plan tasks from Platform not appearing in tasks page
A few users on the V7 Platform were experiencing issues with the Explorer. Their assigned tasks were not appearing under their Plan Tasks tab. This has been fixed and a user's tasks should now be visible on their profile.
IMPROVEMENTS
Reporting: Area tree export update
The area tree export has been updated to include the area categories and associated recommended TRACCs in the first few columns of the export.
Assessment list export update
The assessment list export has been updated to use the TRACC codes for the TRACC name. Previously the full TRACC name formatting caused the assessment data to shift to incorrect columns.
CCi Academy Updates
Workshop Scheduler: Link to Academy pathway courses while scheduling the workshop
When you begin to schedule a new workshop, you will now be able to access the CCi Academy learning pathway courses on the Workshop Details page.
Improved pathway searchability
We've replaced TRACC abbreviations with the full TRACC names for course titles so that it's easier to search for a course. For example, 'TW Overview' becomes Teamwork Overview.
Pathway updates
- Intro to Problem solving - course description updated
- CCi Academy for Trainers - we have exciting news for those who have completed the CCi Academy for Trainers module. We've overhauled the content to eliminate any confusion, reducing the module from three lessons and a quiz to just two lessons and a quiz. Due to this restructuring, we have reset the progress for all users who had previously completed the module.
If you have already completed the module for your formal learning record, please revisit and complete the new, streamlined version.
Freezing of the top navigation pane of the module
Previously when a user scrolled through Academy modules, the top navigation pane would move with the content. This meant that a user would have to scroll all the way back to the top to go back to the modules. The change of freezing the top pane allows a user to easily navigate back to modules without needing to scroll.
