Our December release includes several improvements with how documents are managed, better user management and extended reporting.
FIXES
Documents: Issue with marking an upload document as a favourite
On the Documents page, you can upload several files and URLs to a TRACC action simultaneously. This can be a combination of evidence gathered, or providing best practice examples or standards for multiple areas to access.
Once you've added your files or URLs, you can mark any of these as a Favourite for easy access in future.
You can also mark any TRACC Resources as favourite documents. In this release we've improved how your list of favourites is updated for documents you have uploaded:
IMPROVEMENTS
Document Search: Improved multi-language search support
In our previous release, we introduced an AI-enabled translation service that lets you search for translated TRACC resources in your own language. You can enter search terms in your language and the search results will include the correct resources. In this release, we now show the translated document title in the search results, below the English file name.
Admin Console: Improved user search
We've vastly improved the load speed of the People page in the Admin Console. The page now returns paged search results instead of returning all the users in one call. This speed improvement applies to specific searches, as well as the initial page load of all users for your organisation.
Comments & Evidence: Improved edits
Previously when adding comments or evidence through the Assessor, Planner or Tasks pages, the Comments & Evidence popup closed when you pressed Save. This pop-up now remains open once you save or edit comments and evidence.
Report exports: Notification improvements
When exporting reports from the Platform, the export progress is shown in the notification on the top right. In this release, the notification automatically expands to let you know that the report is being prepared. Once the export is ready you can download it.
NEW FEATURES
Plan Progress report: progress per TRACC and ability to open associated actions
The Plan Progress report, available under the Reporting page, includes three new features:
- You can view progress by individual TRACCs in the selected area's plan, and view the cumulative plan-to-target of each TRACC
- You can filter the actions for a TRACC by the Responsible Person
- You can also open and edit associated actions within each TRACC
Once you are done editing an action, click View Report to return to the Plan Progress report
