FIXES
Assessments - Better support for upgraded TRACCs
When CCi upgrades TRACCs (e.g. upgrading from 5S V5 to 5S V7) we link criteria and plan activities that are common across both versions. This means that you can upgrade the practice you're implementing and keep your assessment responses, plan progress, tasks and evidence in the new version.
Previously, when upgrading from one version of a TRACC to the latest version, the latest responses for criteria that are 'mapped' across those versions were displayed, but did not reflect in the latest maturity rating in the upgraded practice. This also affected the verified maturity and resulted in a miscalculation between the latest ad-hoc and verified maturity.
In this release, we've introduced an Upgrade button, that supports a transfer of the latest responses to the new version and ensures that the latest ad-hoc maturity is calculated for the new version.
In a scenario where you have yet to re-assess a TRACC that is mapped to an older version:
- You will see the criteria format for the new version
- Any previous responses, for criteria common across the mapped versions, are greyed out and not editable
To upgrade the assessment:
- Click the Upgrade Answers to Verify button
- The assessment will refresh, and all responses will transfer to the new version
The ad-hoc maturity will be updated, and you can continue to assess in the new version and Verify the assessment when your team is ready.
Assessments - Separate maturity calculation for calibrated assessments
Previously, calibrated assessments inherited responses from the Verified assessment being calibrated. This sometimes resulted in inconsistent Calibrated maturity in the assessment history vs. the maturity displayed within the calibration assessment.
In this release, Calibration assessments are treated as unique assessments, similar to Ad-hoc and Verified assessments.
This means that:
- The calibrated maturity will start at 1.0 for any new calibrations, i.e. where you have never calibrated before
- The calibrated maturity can continue to be modified for any subsequent re-calibrations for the same TRACC in the same area
- The latest calibrated maturity for a TRACC in an area will only reflect the calibrated responses, and not any responses that are left uncalibrated, i.e. where you did not specify a Yes or No response when calibrating.
- The calibrated assessment maturity in the assessment list exports and future APIs can be used to accurately compare to verified maturity
Your latest calibrated maturity may be affected by this update - please review the latest calibrated assessments in your area and confirm that they correctly reflect the calibrated responses.
IMPROVEMENTS
Assessments - Yes/No responses when viewing Calibrated or Verified indicators
We've improved the responsiveness of the Yes and No checkboxes when responding to criteria with either the View Verified Responses or View Calibrated Responses toggles activated. Previously the tooltips partially obstructed these checkboxes.
Planner: Assigning tasks outside a person's area
When assigning actions and process steps in the plan, there was previously no restriction as to the people in the organization who could be assigned as the person responsible for actions in an area.
This sometimes resulted in people being assigned tasks that they could not access on the dashboard in the TRACC Platform, because they did not have access to the organizational area where the task was assigned.
We now prevent the ability to assign tasks where the user does not have access to the area. You can continue to assign tasks to individuals who belong to a parent area (and therefore have access to the child nodes) but you will not be able to assign a task to someone outside of their area hierarchy.
Planner: Support for mapped criteria responses
When viewing the responses to associated assessment criteria through the action item in the Plan, these responses previously excluded responses captured in an earlier version of the TRACC. These responses are now included within the plan view.
Work bundles
Work Bundle Assessment progress on landing screen vs. when inside an assessment
Once a work bundle is applied in an area, the assessment landing screen will indicate the current progress for the assigned work bundle in the area. This progress indicates the number of Yes responses out of the total number of criteria included in the work bundle.
These values will now align, as long as all the practices in the work bundle are:
- assessed in the area where you've applied the work bundle, and/or
- set as recommended practices using the area category functionality
Overall work bundle progress - support for multiple TRACC versions
Where there are responses to assessment criteria in a previous version of the TRACC which is included in a work bundle, there were instances with these old TRACC version responses were not included in the overall work bundle progress calculation using the latest version of the TRACC. This has now been resolved - we now support responses for mapped assessment criteria when calculating work bundle progress.

Workshop Scheduler: Participants ability to edit other participants
We've removed the ability for someone who has been invited to a training workshop to remove other participants in the scheduled workshop.
