FIXES
3 April
Documents: Inability to download documents
Some organizations reported an issue with not being able to download TRACC resources and uploaded client documents. This has now been resolved.
Documents: Inheritance of standards and resources
In some instances, Standards and Best Practice documents, linked to TRACC at higher levels by your Best Practice Leaders, did not inherit correctly down to lower areas. This now inherits via the Assessor, Planner and Documents search.
Evidence uploads: Details of person who uploaded
There were instances where newly created users uploaded evidence, and their name appeared as 'N/A N/A' instead of their first and last name. This has now been resolved.
Work bundles: switching areas
When you switch areas with work bundles already applied, this previously caused an issue where the work bundle was filtering incorrectly in the new area. Now when you switch areas, the area's dashboard is displayed instead, enabling you to return to the Assessor and Planner and apply the correct work bundles (if any).
Improvements
Updated TRACC Resources: Spanish for Demand Planning (Core) 7.2, Supply Planning (Core) 7.2, and Sales & Operations Planning 7.1
A range of Spanish-translated resources for the Demand Planning (Core) 7.2, Supply Planning (Core) 7.2, and Sales & Operations Planning (Core) 7.1 TRACCs in the Supply Chain suite have now been made available.
Work bundles: default display
Your Super Administrators can request that areas with assigned work bundles have these work bundles applied by default. In such a scenario, users in areas with assigned work bundles will see these applied automatically.
CCi Academy: Add the client logo to the Academy
Your organization's logo, or the logo for your continuous improvement program, will now be displayed within the CCi Academy as well as the TRACC platform.
