CCi upgrades TRACC content in line with emerging Operations and Supply Chain trends. To seamlessly move to the latest version of TRACC material, we 'map' the assessment criteria and plan actions.
Mapping is essentially the link between older TRACC components to the same component in the new version of a TRACC. This includes assessment criteria and plan action items/process steps. This enables us to transfer your history of assessments and plans over to the newer version. You will not lose your history of items that are mapped, unless the item is discontinued in the newer version. You will need to refer to the 'version upgrade guides' for this detail, or engage with your CCi representative to talk through the changes.
The following items are mapped across versions:
- Criteria level mapping - responses, evidence, comments
- Configuration mapping (rewords and sub-criteria)
- Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) mapping
- Best practice and standards mapping - items your organisation has linked at criteria level and action level
- Action item and process step mapping (target dates, responsible persons and comments)
Once mapping is completed, subscriptions to your older versions of TRACC will be switched off so that you can only view the latest version of content available on your Platform.
You will still be able to view your previous assessment history, but please note the following:
