The V8 TRACC Platform Help function contains links to certain tools and support features. Follow the below steps to find this help function.
Step 1
Log in to the V8 TRACC Platform - https://platform.traccsolution.com
Step 2
Click the question mark icon which will open up the Help & Support page.
Step 3
Select one of the three available options:
- Client Support - The Client Support tab will enable you to access a request form which you will need to complete. Once the form is complete, click Submit and your request will be sent to our TRACC Client Support team.
- Application Guide - The application guide will direct you to our Knowledge Base where you will be able to access all our knowledge base articles that may be able answer your query. If you are not able to find an answer in our knowledge base, please submit a request to our TRACC Client Support team via the Client Support link above.
- Onboarding - The Onboarding tab will give you a brief overview of our product and the TRACC Platform. Another added functionality is to update your profile picture.
