The V8 TRACC Platform Help function contains links to certain tools and support features. Follow the below steps to find this help function.
Step 1
Log in to the V8 TRACC Platform - https://platform.traccsolution.com
Step 2
Click the question mark icon which will open up the Help & Support page.
Step 3
Select an option from the Help & Support menu:
- Contact Support - will enable you to access a request form which you will need to complete. Once the form is complete, click Submit and your request will be sent to our TRACC Client Support team.
- Knowledge Base - provides direct access to the TRACC Platform V8 help guides.
- View onboarding - this will give you a brief overview of our product and the TRACC Platform. Another added functionality is to update your profile picture.
- CCi Corporate Support - allows access to view documents pertinent to TRACC implementation, Platform release notes
- Video Library - this allows access to video demonstrations of the older TRACC applications (V7) and content related guides.
- System Updates - informs you of all Platform interface and feature updates. It also notifies you of front end bug fixes in the Platform.
