The upgrade responses button will appear on an assessment, when the TRACC has been upgraded to the latest content version from a previous version, and you have not yet assessed the latest version.
This will copy the responses from the previous assessment, to the criteria that are mapped in the upgraded assessment.
The upgrade button will display, and work as expected, if:
- The client is subscribed to an older (e.g. TW 5.0) and newer (e.g.TW 7.0) version of the same TRACC.
- They only have assessments in place for the older version in an area and therefore need to upgrade.
- There is criteria-level mapping in place for the older and newer version.
