Password resets for non-SSO clients

The TRACC User service has been updated for clients that are not using the Single Sign-on (SSO). For users needing to enter a password, we've extended the validity period for the Reset Password emails from one hour to 10 hours.

TRACC eLearning Cogs - Admin access

We released an update for the Group Admin role. Group Admins in an area will now also be able to administer areas below their assigned area.

IMPROVEMENTS

Document search

TRACC and Suite level documents are now accessible in the Documents page. TRACC level documents are also available in the TRACC Reader.

Radar Chart export

The Radar chart, accessible via the Charts menu on the assessment landing page, can now be exported to Excel.

User list export improvements

Additional fields are now included in the user export to assist Administrators. These include assigned role/s, date created and updated, last login date and preferred language.
