Clients have the option to enable their TRACC subscriptions at specific Stages of a TRACC. This can be set as a standard across your entire organisation, or be enabled for specific areas.
The structure of your subscriptions should be discussed with your CCi Client Success Manager (CSM), who will then submit a TRACC Request Form to the TRACC Client Support team to enable your subscriptions.
Note: Stage 1 subscriptions work differently to Stage 2 and above subscriptions.
Stage 1 subscriptions
- Only allows users to Assess (excludes the Plan, Scheduler and Read), but through all assessment stages. This means users can create assessments and have access to the assessment criteria for all stages.
- Does not allow access to Stage 2 to 5 content; or resources via the Plan, Documents or Reader.
- Does not allow the creation of a Plan. This means that users will not be able to see any plan actions or TRACC material from Stages 2 to 5.
- The above also applies if for example an organization has stage 1 - 3 subscriptions. These organizations will only be able to access content and resources for stage 1 - 3. They are however allowed to assess all criteria up to stage 5
Stage 2 to 5 subscriptions
- Allows areas to Assess (through all assessment stages), plan and access TRACC content according to the stages they are subscribed to.
- Includes access to content via the Document Tree, Reader and Planner. If, for example, an organisation only has subscriptions up to Stage 3, users will only be able to view content up to Stage 3 in these areas of the Platform.
