Some users have reported an issue when trying to download TRACC resources. Instead of the resource downloading, their browser displays a "Something went wrong" pop-up message. This can be caused by users mistakenly selecting to block downloads, or this can be set by your corporate IT policies.
See below instructions on how to adjust your browser settings in Microsoft Edge and Chrome, in order to rectify this issue.
Microsoft Edge
- In Edge, select the ellipses on the top-right of your browser window, then select Settings
- On the Settings page, select Reset settings from the left menu
- In the Reset settings screen, select Restore settings to their default values
- In the Reset settings dialogue, click Reset
Google Chrome
- In Chrome, select the ellipses on the top-right of your browser window, then select Settings
- On the Settings page, select Reset settings from the left menu
- In the Reset settings screen, select Restore settings to their original defaults
- In the Reset settings? dialogue, click Reset settings
