Follow the steps below to clear your cache in Microsoft Edge.
Note: log out of the TRACC Platform before continuing with the steps below.
Step1
Click the ellipsis icon on the top right of the browser toolbar.
Step 2
Select Delete browsing data.
Step 3
From the Time range drop-down menu, select All time to delete all cached data.
Step 5
Select the check boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
Step 6
Click the Clear now button.
Step 7
Close all Edge browser windows.
Step 8
Re-open Edge and log in to the TRACC Platform again.
