Follow the steps below to clear your cache in Google Chrome.
Note: log out of the TRACC Platform before continuing with the steps below.
Step 1
Click the vertical ellipsis button on your browser toolbar.
Step 2
Select the 'Delete browsing data' option
Step 3
From the Time range drop-down menu, select 'All time' to delete all cached data.
Step 4
Select the check boxes for 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
Step 5
Click the Delete data button.
Step 6
Close all Chrome browser windows.
Step 7
Re-open Chrome and log in to the TRACC Platform again.
