Follow the steps below to clear your cache in Microsoft Edge.
Note:
- If you are using the V7 TRACC Platform - log out of the Platform and the TRACC Portal before continuing with the steps below.
- If you are using the V8 TRACC Platform - log out before continuing with the steps below.
Step1
Click the ellipsis icon on the top right of the browser toolbar.
Step 2
Select 'Settings' and then 'Privacy, search, and services'.
Step 3
Under Clear browsing data, click the Choose what to clear button.
Step 4
From the Time range drop-down menu, select 'All time' to delete all cached data.
Step 5
Select the checkboxes for 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'.
Step 6
Click the Clear now button.
Step 7
Close all Edge browser windows.
Step 8
Re-open Edge and log in to the TRACC Platform again.
