Users with a TRACC account will be notified via the below methods when any enhancement or bug fixes have made to the TRACC Platform.
- In Platform notifications.
- Email notifications.
In Platform Notifications
Click the View Updates button to view the Platform updates for that release.
You can view historical releases in the TRACC Platform Updates knowledge base.
If the notification is not visible in the Platform, you can view the updates under the Help & Support menu.

Click on the question mark icon.
Step 2
Click on System Updates.
You will be directed to the TRACC Platform Updates knowledge base.
Email Notifications
In the near future, client Super Admins will also be notified on any system updates via an email.
