'Best Practice' and 'Standards' documents can be uploaded via the Assessment Template.
'Portfolio of Evidence (PoE)' documents cannot be a added via the Assessment Template; but can can be added to assessment criteria, planner activities, or via the Tasks page.

To add Best Practice and Standards documents via the Assessment Template:
Step 1
Click Assess for the assessment you would like to attach the documents to.
Step 2
Click Edit Assessment Template.
Note: only users with Super Administrator and Best Practice Leader roles can edit the Assessment Template.
Step 3
Click the upload icon next to the criteria you want to attach the documents to.
Step 4
Select whether you want to upload the document in file form (Documents) or a link, or both if both are applicable.
Step 5
Click Next.
Step 6
If you are uploading documents, select the files from your computer or drag and drop the files you want to upload.
Step 7
If you're uploading a Standards document, you will have an extra option to select the Standards Category.
Step 8
Save your uploads.
The uploads will be linked to the action criteria in the Assessment.
