The V8 TRACC Platform has five types of assessments, one of which is the Ad Hoc Assessment. The Ad Hoc Assessment is a form of continuous assessment that takes place as the Implementation Task Force (ITF) works through the Action Plan.
Each time a Stop n Think or Implementation Action is completed, the ITF will mark the related Assessment Criteria complete. This enables the ITF to track the improvements on a weekly or monthly basis without waiting for formal assessment periods to know their maturity score.
Note:
- Any user role that has been allocated the ability to do assessments can submit Ad Hoc Assessment responses
- All responses for the Ad Hoc Assessment will be considered unofficial until the assessment is verified.
- Only the Implementation Structure Leads can verify these responses so that they contribute towards the official maturity results.
- Ad hoc maturity will not contribute to the assessment maturity report or update the plan, as it did in V7.
