The V8 TRACC Platform has introduced a new 'verification' feature where assessments now need to be verified in order for them to contribute towards the assessment maturity. This simultaneously updates the status of associated action items in the plan.
Any user role that has been allocated the ability to do assessments can submit ad-hoc assessment responses; however, these assessments will not be considered official until they have been verified.
The ability to verify a best practice maturity assessment will typically be allocated to an implementation lead or site facilitator function, and only verified assessments will update the status of TRACC actions in your implementation plan.
Follow the steps below to verify an assessment
Step 1
Select the required area.
Step 2
Go to the Assess page.
Step 3
Click the Assess button of the best practice you would like to verify. Note that there are Assess buttons both at the top of the page and under the respective best practice section listed below. Clicking either one will take you to the latest ad-hoc assessment to be verified.
Step 4
Check the criteria responses and click the Verify button.
Note:
- The verification confirmation screen does allow you to go back and restart actions if necessary.
- The system will alert you if there is any missing evidence associated with the respective action.
- Once an assessment has been verified, TRACC actions will automatically update in your plan and no longer require the manual create or update plan steps as in V7.
