Actions linked to criteria that were marked as 'yes' will not appear in the Activity Plan, as these are considered complete. These actions are generally the 'missing' activities from the default Activity Plan view. To view these actions, you can apply the Verified filter under the 'Assessment Status' section.
These actions contain green check marks, which indicate that all assessment criteria linked to them have been completed and verified.
