The Assessment for the selected Work Bundle will appear on the Assess page in the TRACC Platform.
Ensure that the applicable Work Bundle is toggled on in the Settings menu.
The Settings menu allows you to view Work Bundles allocated to the area and Work Bundles allocated to other areas.
Click Assess to access the different TRACC themes associated with your Work Bundle.
Once you have clicked Assess, the assessment for your Work Bundle will open.
1. The navigation pane allows you to select different TRACC assessments associated with your Work Bundle. Simply click the TRACC of the assessment that you would like to access.
2. This is an indication of your overall bundle verified maturity.
3. Here you will see your overall verified progress of the entire Work Bundle as a percentage completed, based on the total number of criteria. Below that, you will see the criteria completed for the current TRACC that you are on.
4. At the bottom of the page, you can navigate to the 'Previous TRACC' on the left, or to the 'Next TRACC' on the right. (This is an alternative way to navigate to different TRACCs to number 1 above.)
After answering any criteria on the assessments, verify the applicable assessment.
In order for Work Bundles to successfully appear in the Assessor, ensure that:
1. The recommended Assessments are verified.
2. The TRACCs included in the Work Bundle, are linked to an applicable Area Category, associated with the area the Work Bundle is being applied. This ensures that the TRACCs appear as recommended TRACCs and can be assessed.
TRACCs included in a Work Bundle and an Assessment has been done but not made a recommended TRACC via the Area Categories will appear in the Assessor as below:
3. The correct TRACC subscription (version) is being used in both the Area Categories and Work Bundles allocator.
4. Greyed out TRACCs are not recommended, and no-one has created any assessments for these TRACCs.
Scenario 1: all the practices referenced in the bundle are being assessed in an area.
If all the practices are already being assessed in the area, and are verified, they will all be included in the work bundle assessment view. Each TRACC in the work bundle is represented as a theme in the assessment, with relevant stages unlocked in the stage and the navigator.
Scenario 2: only some practices in the work bundle are being assessed in an area.
The bundle maturity and percentage progress reflect only the TRACCs being assessed in the area. Those not assessed in the area are not displayed in the assessment view.
Scenario 3: Some practices in the work bundle are being assessed, with others not yet assessed, but set as recommended TRACCs.
With the Area Category functionality, administrators can associate TRACCs with an area, so that they appear as recommended TRACCs, even though they are not yet assessed.
