If enabled for your organisation, TRACC consultants and your Best Practice Leaders will be able to assemble customised 'work bundles' to drive focused implementation activities and address performance issues. These bundles typically include TRACC actions across multiple TRACCs and the actions can be sequenced to suit your implementation requirements. Once assigned to work areas, these bundles provide a filtered view of the area's action plan.
Create Work Bundles
Step 1
To begin, access your work bundles by selecting the 'Work Bundles' menu item in the Admin Console. All Work Bundles created for your organization will be loaded on this screen. If you don't see the Work Bundles menu item, it means your TRACC Platform role does not permit you to manage work bundles.
Step 2
Click Create Work Bundle to assemble a new work bundle.
Step 3
Enter a bundle Bundle Name, a Description of the bundle, and, if necessary, select your Organisation & Instance. Then click Next to proceed to the bundle builder.
Step 4
To build your bundle, first select the TRACC and its associated Stage.
The TRACC actions (IA’s or ST’s) are listed. Select the actions which you want to include and then click Add at the bottom of the screen.
The TRACC actions you’ve selected will be listed on the right of the bundle builder.
You can remove any actions from your bundle by clicking the X icon.
Step 5
Click Create.
