On the Reporting page in the V8 TRACC Platform, there are six different types of reports that can be exported.
1. Integrated Master Plan Report
The Integrated Master Plan Report contains data relating to the plan, for the selected area and TRACCs. It will display data such as action progress, responsible person for actions assigned, action start and target dates, and other data pertaining to the applicable plan.
2. Criteria Comparison Report
The Criteria Comparison Report allows you to view multiple responses to the same criteria, across multiple areas.
3. Assessment List Report
The Assessment List Report allows you to export a list of existing assessments for the area. It contains data such as the assessment type, maturity, who the assessor is, the assessment dates and more.
4. Assessment Exception Report
As part of Leading and Managing Change, TRACC provides guidance on which types of areas (sites, departments, production areas) should be implementing specific practices.
By using the Admin Console, Best Practice Leaders can set up 'recommended TRACCs' for area categories, that are then assigned to areas. Those areas then know which TRACCs they are supposed to be assessing and implementing. On the Assessment page, any TRACCs they have yet to start, will be listed with a Start TRACC button so they can begin assessing.
The Assessment Exception Report shows which areas do and do not have assessments, for the recommended TRACCs of those areas. There is also a key which indicates colour codes and numbering to denote where:
- Assessments are expected for a TRACC in an area, but there are none (BAD)
- Assessments are not expected for a TRACC in an area, and there are not any (GOOD)
- Assessments are not expected for a TRACC in an area, but there are some (BAD)
- Assessments are expected for a TRACC in an area, and there are some (GOOD).
- There are no area categories linked to an area, or no recommended TRACCs have been associated with any area categories linked to an area.
5. Workshop List Report
The Workshop List Report allows you to export a list of training modules scheduled for your organisation, or specific areas.
6. The Reporting Module
When you click on the View Report button, you're able to view and export the TRACC Reporting Module.
The Reporting Module lists the maturity scores for the selected area, and its child areas, over the set reporting period.
Click on the Export button to export the Reporting Module.
