This article briefly explains how to find training material (Workshops etc) in the V8 TRACC Platform. You can access training material through the Documents page as well as the Training page on the left of your TRACC Platform screen.
Accessing training material via the Documents page
Step 1
Click on the Documents page to the left of your screen.
Step 2
On the Documents page, expand the Advanced Filters to search look for specific resources.
It is helpful to refine your search by including the TRACC and Stage that the training material is related to. Words such as "workshop" and "slides" are helpful terms when searching for training material.
You can further refine your search for training material by filtering for TRACC Resources only. You can also refine the resource type which lists the different Workshop categories.
Step 3
All relevant documents will appear lower on the page under All Documents. You can now scroll through the list to find the required training material.
Accessing training material via the Scheduler
Step 1
Click on the Scheduler page in the menu to the left of your screen. This will bring up a list of My Workshops and All Workshops.
Step 2
Click the expand icon of the relevant training workshop.
Step 3
Once expanded, click on the Resources tab to access the training material for that workshop.
Both these methods will guide you to finding the relevant training material related to the TRACC workshops.
