Only certain user roles will have access to the Admin Console function in the V8 TRACC Platform. This will typically be an administrator role. Administrators can search for users as follows:
Step 1
Select the Admin option from the main menu.
Step 2
Ensure you are on the People page.
Step 3
Enter the first name, last name or email address of the user you would like to search for, then click the Search button.
