Participants who are required to attend a Blended Learning workshop will receive an invite email to inform them of their attendance. This email will be titled Workshop Task Invite and is sent from the address noreply@traccsolution.com. The workshop invite email contains two links and looks as follows:
The steps below outline the process participants need to follow to prepare for the workshop they have been invited to:
Step 1
Clicking on the "Confirm attendance" link will log you into the TRACC Platform and take you directly to a page where you can indicate whether you can or cannot attend the workshop. If you can attend the workshop on the specified date and time, click the Attend button.
This will update the 'Participants' section, which the trainer will also be able to see.
Step 2
Once you have accepted the training invite, the next step is to complete the associated CCi Academy module. This can be done by:
a) Clicking on the link in the TRACC Platform
OR
b) Clicking on the second link in the invite email
Step 3
Once you have accessed the TRACC eLearning Cogs landing page, you will need to complete all the courses in the assigned module.
Note:
The trainer is also able to view extract a report from the CCi Academy dashboard that lists participants that undertook specific Academy module. It will also indicate the completion progress for each module.
