Tasks are assigned from the Plan tab in the TRACC Platform.
Note: You can scroll through the tasks to find unassigned tasks or use the filter to select and see all unassigned tasks.
Step 1
Select the task you would like to assign.
Step 2
Click on the expand icon. All details related to the task are displayed under the Details tab.
Step 3
Click on Responsible Person next to the ASSIGN option and start typing the name of the person you would like to assign the task to. Select the person's name from the list of users which appears.
Step 4
Select a Start date and a Target Date for the entire task.
Note: You will see a pop-up saying 'updated successfully' once the task has been assigned.
Step 5
The task is comprised of all the related process steps, which are automatically populated with the information from Step 4; however, each process step can be assigned to a different user with a start and target date of its own, if necessary.
