Tasks are assigned from the Plan tab in the TRACC Platform.
Note: various filters can be applied when assigning tasks.
You can apply the unassigned Plan Status for tasks that still need to be assigned and completed.
Step 1
Expand the task you want to assign.
Step 2
The details of the selected task will appear on a new page.
Click in the Assign field and start typing the name of the person you would like to assign the task to. Select the person's name from the list of users which appears.
Note: you can only assign tasks to users in their home area or where they have an assigned area role.
Step 3
Select a Start Date and a Target Date for the entire task.
Step 4
The task is comprised of all the related process steps, which are automatically populated with the information from Step 2 and 3; however, each process step can be assigned to a different user, with a start and target date of its own, if necessary.
