The Mindsets and Behaviours (M&B) Workshop is designed for the highest level of above-site leadership to establish the organizational change framework (OCF) for the organization. The OCF framework and other decisions taken during the M&B Workshop are then cascaded and applied during the Mirrors Workshops. The Mirrors Workshop can be run multiple times at all other levels of the organization (e.g. regional, business unit, site, and below site).
It is recommended that a Programme Manager (possibly from Human Resources) is tasked with managing the process, as it requires that the Organizational Climate Assessment (OCA) is undertaken in a structured way that feeds into both the M&B Workshop, as well as the Mirrors Workshops. This includes tracking the response levels in each area.
The decisions made in the M&B Workshop need to be incorporated into the Mirrors Workshop. After all the workshops are complete, the Programme Manager needs to collate the feedback and present it to those who attended the M&B Workshop. They might choose to change or supplement some of their initial thinking or decisions. There is also information that needs to be taken from the workshops and used when completing certain Leading and Managing Change (LMC) Implementation Actions (e.g. those related to leadership behaviors).
