The formal name of the workshop designed for the Implementation Task Force (ITF) is called the Implementation Planning (IP) Workshop. This training is called for in Operations Alignment (OA) 2IA6.
There is one generic IP workshop that is shared across all functional TRACCs, and a unique Implementation Structure Slides (ISS) deck per TRACC. The trainer is required to populate the IP workshop with the relevant ISS deck.
