Initially the Leading and Managing Change (LMC) TRACC is launched by a guiding coalition of senior executives who have the decision making power and authority to the lead the change. They are trained up in the LMC Workshop as part of 2IA1 Confirm the Business Case for Change.
Once the organization has completed 2IA1 to 2IA6 (i.e. shared the change vision, documented the business case for change, and developed a high level implementation plan), then the organization will formally constitute the Executive Leadership Committee (ELC) and Site Steering Committee (SSC). These teams then pick up the implementation of the LMC TRACC at their respective levels of the organization.
They also undertake the Value Chain Alignment (VCA) or Operations Alignment (OA) Improvement Strategy Workshop, which kicks off these TRACCs.
