Participants who are required to attend a Blended Learning workshop will receive an invite email to inform them of their attendance. This email will be titled TRACC Explorer Workshop Invite and is sent from the following email address noreply@traccsolution.com.
The steps below outline the process participants need to follow to prepare for the workshop they have been invited to:
Step 1
Confirm attendance by clicking on the Explorer training task link in the invite email.
For authentication purposes, this link will take you to the TRACC Portal login screen if you're not already logged into the Portal. You will have to click on the training task link again, after logging in to be taken to the direct task.
You can also navigate directly to any training tasks you've been invited to via the Tasks page in the TRACC Explorer.
Step 2
Once you've been directed to the training task, you will be prompted to confirm whether you're able to or unable to attend the module.
Step 3
Once you've confirmed attendance, you will be required to complete the associated CCi Academy module. You can access the Academy module by clicking on the learning link in the Training task.
Step 4
Once you have completed the associated module in the Academy, confirm completion thereof via the training task, by clicking the below button.
Step 5
Once the Workshop has been attended, confirm that you have attended it via the training task.
Note: you can find all completed training tasks you have been invited in the Completed section of the Learning page in the TRACC Explorer.
