Blended Learning modules are a combination of CCi Academy eLearning modules and Applied Workshops. These modules form part of the process of implementing TRACC best practices and making learning more efficient. Blended Learning also improves workshop time efficiency, saving on trainer costs and participant time.
Blended Learning uses the ‘flipped classroom’ approach, where instead of learning the theory in a classroom and then applying that theory in the workplace, attendees go through the theory at their own pace first and then attend the applied workshop. The key here is that trainees spend as much time as is needed to learn the theory component, and everyone arrives at the applied workshop fully prepared to focus on how to apply the practical in their work environment.
