The Blended Learning process consists of six high-level steps:
1. Training is planned and scheduled
2. Learners access the CCi Academy eLearning modules and share insights with other learners
3. Learners attend and participate in the applied workshop
4. Learners apply what they have learnt in their workplaces
5. Learners complete a competency assessment
6. Learner progress and completion is tracked and reported on
