The team must provide evidence in support of criteria answers, such as documentation for meeting minutes, actions taken or performance trends.
It is also important to provide comments – particularly where the criteria have been answered ‘No’. This will help the team to understand what work needs to be done during the implementation phase and make future reassessments easier to complete.
As part of the preparation for deploying TRACC, the organisation’s Best Practice Leaders are able to specify the organisation’s minimum evidence requirements (sub-criteria) in the assessment.
