The assessments will involve a number of stakeholders, and take a significant number of hours, so the team will need to make at least the following preparations:
- Choose a suitable date, taking into account the team members responsibilities and conflicting events such as training, production schedules and off-site activities
- Ensure enough time is set aside – a minimum of two hours per TRACC
- Confirm which TRACC assessments need to be done and the areas that will be assessed
- Invite the attendees and ensure that they all can attend
- Create the agenda for the assessment sessions
- Plan for the logistics (e.g. booking the meeting room, setting up a computer with access to the TRACC Platform and a projector, organising refreshments, etc.)
- Get the implementation team to walk through the area beforehand to refresh their memory and gather evidence
