Once the assessments have been completed, a plan will automatically be created in the Plan section.
Based on the criteria answered in the assessments, the plan will include a list of Stop ‘n Thinks and Implementation Actions that need to be completed in order to complete each stage of maturity.
When looking through the implementation activities included in the plan, the team will be able to refer back to the criteria that were answered ‘No’ or left blank during the assessment, that led to the activities being marked as incomplete. This is where any comments added (for instance, for criteria where the team was in disagreement) will help the team to guide their implementation.
