Training scheduler improvements
Shared insights are now showing the associated eLearning module and insight question. You can also access your internal Training standards via the Resources tab of a scheduled training module.
In the Training scheduler, the training modules scheduled for your TRACC Platform instance are displayed. If you have a Training instance, for example, you will see the training modules scheduled for that Platform and not your Production (live) Platform.
We've improved the way shared insights are displayed - insights are now grouped by the name of the eLearning module and then the question (prompt) to which users were asked to respond. Any Training standards set by your Best Practice Leaders, such as custom slide decks, are now available via the Resources tab of an associated training module and also searchable in the Documents page.
Integrated Master Plan: The export now allows you to select previous TRACC versions
When exporting an integrated master plan, you can now choose a combination of plans based on the current version of each TRACC as well as previous versions.
Planner improvements: We've updated the way action items are listed when you're assigning work items.
You are now also prompted to provide evidence for completed actions. When you select an action (IA or ST) to assign to people, the TRACC grouping will move to the top of the TRACC list, with the action and its assignment fields highlighted at the top of the list.
When the process steps (tasks) for an action are all completed, the Platform now checks whether any evidence is submitted. If not, you will be prompted to submit evidence and commentary reflecting your progress.
