Use the 'Documents' tab to access all the documents that you have uploaded as evidence, or that which the Reader contains, in terms of Standards (Must Do work practices) and Best Practices (Guides and How to's).
Types of documents
There are four types of documents on the documents page - Evidence, Standards , Best Practices and TRACC Resources.
Evidence
Here you can search for various categories of evidence, including all evidence across the organization, evidence for the current area and below, evidence for the local area, or areas above the current area.
Standards
Here you can search for all standards that have been uploaded across the organization, or for the current area and below. There are also standards that apply to a certain area, and standards that have been added to a local area.
Best Practices
As with the standards, here you can search for all Best Practice (BP) documents uploaded across the organization, and for the current area and below; BP documents that apply to a certain area, and documents that have been added to a local area.
TRACC Resources
Here you will be able to search and find any available TRACC Resources related to a TRACC, which is the same as what you will find on the Plan and Tasks pages.
Searching for documents
There are various filters available to search for documents.
- Search using the TRACC, the Stage and the specific Action.
- Search by selecting the type of document. Click on the document type button to select or deselect it. The button will be highlighted in blue and contain a check mark if it is selected.

Search using the Advanced Filters option. Click on the Advanced Filters option and further search criteria will open below. You will now be able to search by file type, specific upload or modified date, as well as by the person who uploaded the document.
Quick access to documents
In addition, you can also use the Favourites, Recently Viewed and All Documents sections, located directly under the documents types, if you'd prefer.
To add documents to your Favourites, click on the expand icon of a specific document, then click on the Make Favourite button.
