In this release we've deployed a major front‑end upgrade, delivering improved performance and faster load times. These User Experience (UX) enhancements are designed to make the platform easier and more enjoyable to use. We’ve also introduced behind‑the‑scenes improvements to platform stability and security to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience overall.
🚀 What’s New?
- Simplified TRACC Reader cards — The New Reader card design has been streamlined by removing legacy visual elements (placeholder text, offline icons, and redundant labels). The "Read Online" button now simply reads "Read". This applies to selected clients, in preparation for a wider release later this year.
- Improved mobile navigation — The side menu is now collapsed by default on mobile devices, giving you a full-screen view on load. Tap the menu icon to expand when needed.
- Onboarding video experience refresh — The welcome onboarding lightbox has been updated with improved spacing, corrected heading styles, and a better embedded video player.
- Consultant access to Work Bundles, Area Categories & Areas — CCi Consultants and Principals can now view all their client organisations in Work Bundles, Area Categories, and Areas.
- Scheduler now supports 24-hour clock format — when scheduling workshops, you can now select from a 24-hour clock, supporting early and late shift teams.
🐞 Bug Fixes
- Plan & Reporting export buttons restored — "Export Plan Progress", "Export Aggregate", and "Export Summary" button labels now display correctly across all supported locales, including English (US).
- Reporting: Plan Progress page now loads correctly — Resolved a translation parsing error that prevented the Plan Progress reporting screen from loading for non en-GB locales, which was blocking users from exporting report data.
- Data Report API 500 error fixed — Resolved an issue where organisations with a large number of TRACC records would receive a server error when accessing the Data Report endpoint. The API now handles large data sets reliably.
- Plan Action Progress error resolved — Fixed a 500 error that prevented child area plans from populating in certain organisations. Plans now load as expected.
- TRACC Reader 500 error resolved — The legacy TRACC Reader no longer returns an internal server error when loading content for subscribed areas.
- Assessment evidence upload restored — Users can now successfully toggle between the "Upload" and "Links" options when adding evidence while editing an assessment template.
- Progress chart accuracy improved — Stages that are not part of a TRACC subscription (e.g. Stages 4 & 5 on Supply Chain Core) now correctly display as zero instead of showing a default score of 1, ensuring accurate progress and radar charts.
- Reader scrolling fixed — We identified that when clicking the "Open in Reader" option within any Plan action it only displayed partial information, often with the final paragraph(s) and content cut off at the bottom. Users can now scroll to the bottom of Reader content without it being cut off.
- Academy permissions conflict resolved — Users with multiple roles no longer experience permission conflicts when accessing Academy reports.
- Assessment rewords now visible in all languages — Assessment reword text is no longer restricted to the default language and correctly displays across all configured locales.
- Angular upgrade UI fixes across the platform:
- Plan section: Comments, Evidence tabs, and layout restored to the correct design.
- Tab styling corrected across the platform.
- Academy section styling aligned with the design system.
- Personal details "Change" button restored.
- Downloads dropdown fixed.
- Plan Evidence tab restored.
- Action details Resources tab button alignment and text size corrected.
- Assess page TRACC list tabs and date range selector fixed.
- Document upload pages fixed.
- User Login report date selectors corrected.
- Set Default Role Permission screen styling corrected.
- UI polish and visual corrections:
- Work Bundles list rollover no longer incorrectly toggles the selection.
- Documents page list cards and detail tiles now display correctly.
- Documents page checkbox sizing corrected.
- TRACC name and version number no longer overlap in the Document section.
- Assess page instance-switch dropdown styling fixed.
- "View Profile" link colour corrected to match the design system.
- Video library removed from Help & Support menu, as content is now served through onboarding.
🏗️Infrastructure & resilience
- Reduced excessive logging — Verbose log entries across Platform Services, API Agent, and Foundation Services have been moved, significantly reducing log noise and improving system resource efficiency.
- Work Bundles API endpoint renamed — The /calculate endpoint has been refactored to follow RESTful naming conventions (/areas/{areaId}/work-bundles/{workbundleId}/metrics), improving API consistency and maintainability.
