There are three 'Assessment Status' filters in the Plan - Required, Not Required, and All.
Required
The 'Required' field filters all actions that need to be completed. These actions are linked to assessment criteria that have a 'No' or blank response.
Note: For an action to be completely fulfilled:
- All associated assessment criteria must have a verified 'Yes' response, which is indicated by the green arrow.
Once all the related assessment criteria are met, the action card will display a green check mark.
2. The action must be marked as 100% completed.
Not required
All assessment criteria linked to the action that has a 'Yes' response, from when the assessment was done.
All
Lists both the Required and Not Required actions.
Note:
When doing the assessment initially, and all criteria linked to an action has been met in Assess, the associated action will NOT pull through to the Plan. The Plan (after the Assessment has been verified) will only show actions linked to criteria that has been answered 'No' or has a blank response when the Assessment was being conducted. If one criteria linked to an action has a 'No' or blank response, the entire action will pull through to the plan.
