The 'Target Maturity' in the assessment history graph is based on the predicted closure of an action, so plan actions need to be assigned a future target date.
If your plan action does have a future target date, there are two possible reasons why your target maturity is not updating in the assessment history graph:
- In some cases, Plan actions for an assessment will have target dates assigned to them which have been migrated from the Plan data in the v7 Platform, but are not reflecting in target maturity because the new target functionality is “unaware” of this data.
- In other cases, the Plan actions will have future dates assigned to them in the new v8 Platform but the target maturity is still not updating. This is bug-related and is in our development backlog for investigation and fixing.
Example:
The below Plan action has an assigned target date for the 1 March 2024.
However, the target maturity in the assessment history graph only shows a target date for 13 March 2023.
As a workaround, you will need to update either the linked assessment, or the actions in the applicable plan, and then adjust your change to back to what it was before.
To update the Assessment by adding or changing a response
Step 1
Navigate to the Assess page.
Step 2
Click Assess for the assessment in question.
Step 3
Select or change the criteria response.
To update the Plan actions
Step 1
Go to the Plan page.
Step 2
Navigate to the Plan in question.
Step 3
Select any action and either re-enter the target date for it, or assign a new target date.
The 'target maturity' and dates should then update accordingly.
