This article describes how a Plan will be created or updated in the V8 Platform, after an assessment is completed for a TRACC best practice.
Step 1
For a Plan to be created or updated, an assessment for the respective TRACC needs to take place. For steps on how to create an assessment, please refer to our article titled How do I start an assessment?
Step 2
Once you have completed an assessment it must then be verified for the TRACC to become visible in the Plan.
Note: Only certain user roles are able to verify an assessment. Please refer to our article titled How do I verify an assessment? for more detail on this process.
Step 3
A plan will automatically be created once you have verified a TRACC assessment, so all you need to do is access your plan. To access your plan, click on the Plan option from the menu on the left of your screen.
Step 4
Find the plan for your respective TRACC by scrolling through the list available on the Plan page. Select the Plan that you want to view by clicking on the TRACC name.
You can then select individual tasks to work through on your plan.
