You are able to edit and translate the assessment template directly from the assessments page using the Edit Assessment Template option.
Assessment template edits, such as rewording of criteria and the addition of minimum evidence requirements, must be completed using UK English (language code en-gb), and can then be translated using the AWS translation feature.
Note: CCi uses an AWS translation feature which will assist you in translating any of your customised wording. It's important to review the auto-translation, especially if you are using organisation-specific terms. When using the AWS translation feature, please make sure to apply any edits before saving your changes.
After clicking the Edit Assessment Template button you can edit the text for each statement and criterion, inside the grey block.
You can also add minimum evidence by clicking on the expand icon and typing the requirement in the respective grey block.
To translate the criteria into a language that your organization is subscribed to, click on the expand icon under 'Select another language' in the Translate Criteria section.
Then select the language you would like to translate to
When editing an assessment the rewording will appear in blue, and you will also see CCi's (TRACC) standard wording just below.
By using the toggle SHOW ONLY CLIENT WORDING, you will see the edited version only without CCi's wording.
