Generic TRACC assessment criteria, and sub criteria, can be reworded by modifying the assessment templates. This modification can be done by a Best Practice Leader (BPL), who is also able to add additional evidence referred to as 'Minimum Evidence Requirements'.
Note:
- Criteria are the generic TRACC statements found in the assessment.
- Sub criteria are nested below certain criteria in the assessment and provide further requirements to be considered before responding Yes.
- Minimum evidence are additional evidence requirements that can be added by the organization's BPL.
- Any standard TRACC wording is displayed in black text, and any TRACC criteria or sub-criteria that are reworded, as well as any new Minimum Evidence Requirements, will be displayed in blue text.
Follow the steps below to modify an assessment template:
Step 1
Navigate to the Assess menu.
Step 2

Additional considerations
- If BPLs modify the generic criteria or add minimum evidence requirements, their users have the option to show both the reworded and original criteria by leaving the assessment as is.
- In V8, users can turn off the generic criteria and sub criteria to only show the reworded criteria and sub criteria by turning on the show only client wording toggle. Original TRACC criteria wording can also be turned off by default for the organization.
- Modified wording is displayed in the blue text seen above.
- The default view (original + reworded, or only reworded) is also configurable.
- Any changes made to the Assessment Template is global. It will affect the Assessments in all areas of the organization implementing that TRACC.
